Pre sales customer service

Job responsibilities

1. Answering customer inquiries and feedback online (including pre-sales consultation, in sales follow-up, and after-sales service), guiding customers to reach transactions and complete performance tasks;

2. Properly handle customer orders, track order progress and logistics information, and ensure smooth completion of orders;

3. Track customer feedback, actively handle after-sales issues, promptly track and resolve customer evaluations, and maintain the store's positive rating and reputation;

4. The system processes return and exchange instructions and registers forms to handle simple customer complaints;

5. Connect with departments such as operations, procurement, and warehousing, provide timely feedback on customer service information, and ensure efficient and smooth operation of each link in the connecting process;

6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job requirements

1. Vocational school degree or above, with at least 1 year of customer service experience on Tmall Taobao platform;

2. Familiar with the operating procedures and rules of e-commerce platforms, able to independently serve one or more stores;

3. Good communication ability, affinity and adaptability, patient, careful and responsible;
